Order Processing

Once you place an order online, you will receive an automatic reply email confirming your order.
Following order confirmation, please complete payment through PayPal.
When we confirmed your payment, you will receive Payment Confirmation.
When your items are shipped, you will receive Shipping Notification with your order detail and 13-digit tracking number for tracing delivery status of your items shipped.

*Your order is accepted at the point of order confirmation - please make payment within 7 days from your order confirmation.

 

Shipping

We ship orders from Sydney to the areas/countries that AUSTRALIA POST (Regular=$5.20 or Express=$7.40) provided by AUSTRALIA POST:


Orders are delivered to addresses within *3 to 10 business days.

 

Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

All taxes, duties and customs fees are not included in the price of your order.
Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees, if charged by the custom agency of destination country.

Using the on-line payment service of PayPal, we accept credit card payment with Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express.
When you pay with credit card *you will not be charged any fees from PayPal.
*USD 1.95 may be charged as Expanded Use fee, which will be credited to your PayPal account later as a bonus.

Returns/Exchanges

Defective, Damaged, Incorrect products:
Please contact us within 7 days from delivery. We will ask you to return the defective, damaged or incorrect item at our cost, and replace it for appropriate item.
Please specify if your order was damaged by the carrier when it was delivered as we will need to file an insurance claim with the carrier for the damaged goods.

Other general returns:
We provide as much information as possible for items we sell on this website, and trust our customers to know what they are ordering and to review their order carefully before confirming it.
For general returns and exchanges, we accept it within 7 days from delivery by prior notice to us as long as the item is Unused and in Original Condition. Such returns must be done by your expence - we do not accept C.O.D returns. We will refund or ship alternative item as soon as we confirmed the returned item.

  • We do not accept any returns and exchanges noticed to us later than 8 days from delivery.
  • Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept any returns and exchanges if you have worn even once.
  • All refunds are paid to your PayPal account, including additional shipping charge for returns.
